A 5 ½ x 8 ½ exhibitor directory will be published listing all registered exhibitors for distribution to attendees and the public at large. It will also be posted on the Valley JCC website.

By registering, you agree to your booth location and understand there are no refunds. All proceeds go to support Valley Jewish Community Center. As an exhibitor or sponsor, I agree to hold Valley Jewish Community Center and UCLA Health free and harmless from any and all claims or expenses that may arise from the Family Health and Wellness Fair. Valley JCC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
