Terrific Tastings: “Changed” Cheddars – Limited Editions!

What do you get when a software guy and a real estate salesman toss in their corporate towels? Interesting cheese, of course! Pat Ford and his business partner developed a creamy, Irish-style cheddar, then started flavoring them with interesting rubs, one of which turned heads, but ultimately won, “Best Flavored Cheddar in America” at the American Cheese Society.
After receiving overwhelmingly positive buzz from our January tasting and a desire from guests to try other flavors, Pat searched their storage rooms and found some of their premiere, limited edition flavors – most not currently available!
The good news is that there is enough to create a tasting event; the bad news is that they are truly limited, so the event could easily sell out. If you’d like to join culinary host James Sokol and cheesemaker Pat Ford for some cheesy stories and a guided tasting of limited edition “changed” cheddars – that will be delivered to your front door! – please order ASAP!
PLEASE NOTE: Cheese Collections are limited and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are available through Sun, Apr 18 or until sold out – whichever comes first! Cheeses will be shipped the week before the tasting.
