Terrific Tastings: “Changed” Cheddars

What do a software guy and a real estate salesman do after throwing in their corporate towels? Make cheese…of course! After creating a signature cheddar, adventure & invention soon kick in; they mixed rich coffee with bright lavender, rubbed a cheddar, and Barely Buzzed was born! In its first year, it won “Best Flavored Cheddar in America.” They went on to create a wide array of “changed” cheddars. Set out some wine, crackers and join culinary host James Sokol to meet creamery co-founder Pat Ford, to hear their story and interesting tidbits about the company, to experience a guided tasting of several of their “changed cheddars,” and to simply enjoy a fun & cheesy time!
NOTE: Tickets must be ordered by Sun, Dec 27th for cheeses to be shipped in time.
