Course developed and taught by 5th Degree Black Belt, Jean Morrison, with over 3 decades of teaching self-defense techniques that work when under attack.

Why? Because when an attack happens, you won’t be remembering fancy techniques and the one thing you’re guaranteed to have with you is your body and mind.

Please wear comfortable clothing. Sneakers are appreciated. Do not wear sandals, open-toed shoes, or flip-flops.
