David Labkovski Project: “A Conversation With An Artist Through His Body of Work”

An interactive experience where you will learn about international artist David Labkovski, how to critique art, understand the history of Vilna and Eastern Europe leading up to the Holocaust, and participate in creating an art exhibit. Using art to learn about and understand history, you will move from an observer to an active participant.

Presented by Leora Raikin
Leora is an international speaker who captivates audiences throughout the world. As an educator, artist, author, and the founder of the David Labkovski Project (DLP), she educates about the Holocaust and Jewish life in Eastern Europe through the artwork of Lithuanian-Israeli artist David Labkovski (1906-1991).
